On my thanksgiving trip, I thoroughly enjoyed the great location of the hotel, with nearby ferry rides and bus stations. the hotel staff was courteous and helpful, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water stations available. the rooms were clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay.

There were some aspects of the hotel that could use improvement. the mattress was bouncy and too soft for my liking, and the noise from motorcycles on the street outside could be a bit bothersome at times.
